Our crops are harvested before taking it to Tullamarine for steam distillation.

Diffuser

• Add 8 - 10 drops in water to use in a diffuser or oil burner.

Daily

• Big deep inhalations from the bottle can help reduce stress and anxiety throughout the day.

Topical

• You can use on skin if diluted in a carrier / massage oil. Use approx 20 drops per 100ml, as it has a strong and powerful aroma.  

Personal

• Add a few drops to a carrier oil, to prevent skin irritation

Health

• To reduce cold and flu symptoms use via steam inhalation, when dropped into the bath, shower or a bowl of steaming water. 
  Note: keep your eyes covered during when placing your head over the bowl.
